Transport

Nafferton is well-served by public transport.  There are frequent EYMS buses to Driffield, Beverley, Hull, Bridlington and Scarborough (121) and some services to Pocklington and York (45/46).  There are frequent Northern services to Driffield, Beverley, Hull, Bridlington and Scarborough and some services to Doncaster, Meadowhall and Sheffield from Nafferton Station. There is a daily National Express coach service (563) from Driffield to York, Leeds, Milton Keynes and London.  Another option is to drive to Malton Station where there is secure and reasonably-priced parking hourly for the non-stop TransPennine Express to York then on to Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool.

There are free EYMS Twilight buses for pupils returning from after-school activities from Driffield on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday.

There is a bookable Medibus to take patients and visitors to Driffield, Scarborough, Bridlington and Hull Hospitals as well as local clinics, doctors’ surgeries and dentists.  There is also the HART (Holderness Area Rural Transport) Minibus from Hornsea which provides a bookable door-to-door MiBus service to Driffield on Tuesdays and Thursdays departing Nafferton around 10:30 and returning 12:00 Tuesday and 13:50 Thursday.  Book via 08456445949.

Nafferton is on the route of the Way of the Roses coast-to-coast cycleway.

Nafferton is easy to find via the A166 and A165 and is around 40 minutes from Howden off the M62 and 40 mins from the A64 York.
