TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

STATION ROAD LEVEL CROSSING, NAFFERTON

The East Riding of Yorkshire Council hereby gives notice that between the following period no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed over Station Road Level Crossing, Nafferton.

23:00 hours Wed 30/01/19 until 06:00 hours Thu 31/01/19
23:00 hours Wed 13/02/19 until 06:00 hours Thu 14 /02/19 – Emergency services access NOT available
23:00 hours Mon 18 /03/19 until 06:00 hours Tue 19/03/19
23:00 hours Tue 19/03/19 until 06:00 hours Wed 20 /03/19 – Emergency services access NOT available
23:00 hours Wed 20/03/19 until 06:00 hours Thu 21/03/19
23:00 hours Thu 21/03/19 until 06:00 hours Fri 22/03/19
23:00 hours Mon 25/03/19 until 06:00 hours Tue 26/03/19
23:00 hours Tue 26/03/19 until 06:00 hours Wed 27/03/19

(times are approximate due to the nature of the work).

The road closure is necessary to enable “essential level crossing maintenance” work to be carried out in a manner consistent with ensuring the safety of the public.

The alternative route available for traffic affected by the road closure will be via: – Station Road, Priestgate, Coppergate, Nethergate and New Bridge Lane. Alternative Route Map

The road will be closed to all traffic including, but open to emergency services apart from the 2 dates stated above.
